Hailing from North East Victoria, only 16 years old, Tully Frasca is a passionate
singer-songwriter steeped in a deep love for the craft. With her mesmerising vocals and
keyboard prowess, her compositions unveil a wisdom and lyrical sophistication that defy her
age, delving into the complexities of the human experience with a touch that is both
heartbreaking and elating. Tully possesses the rare talent to take the ordinary and make it
